The Watershed Monitoring Program consisted of sampling efforts carried out during a number of “dry weather events” and a number of ‘wet weather events.” Dry weather event sampling took place as much as possible throughout the entire project following a minimum of 72 hours where measurable rainfall was not observed. Wet weather event sampling took place during and after storms of a minimum recorded rainfall of 0.25 inches average across the drainage area. Because of the large size of the study area some sampling stations were not included in each event due to the occurrence of localized rainfall for dry events or lack of rainfall for wet events.
