The State of the Upper Peninsula’s Water Quality workshop was organized by Michigan Tech Research Institute (MTRI) and sponsored by GLEAMS, funded by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  The workshop took place on September 19-20, 2007, in the Upper Peninsula (UP) in Houghton, MI on Michigan Tech’s campus.
